PEPINES carries out projects designed to encourage women’s civic participation and involvement in their communities, and to help them gain access to positions of power.
PEPINES is collaborating on the Défi parité+ EDI project funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada and coordinated by the Groupe Femmes, Politique et Démocratie (GFPD).
Parity in decision-making places
For the years 2022 to 2024, the Secrétariat à la condition féminine has decided to expand its 2019-2021 pilot project for the Sectoral Agreement on Gender Equality to more regions
A day of strategic reflection was organized by a working committee. This day was created as a follow-up to the 25th anniversary meeting of PEPINES, where an initial reflection on its future was raised.
